Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.
How long it takes
Count 2 to 4 weeks from the order, because the piece is made after you buy it. Then add the carrier: a couple of days in Spain, a few more across Europe, longer further out. We write to you when it ships.
What shipping costs
It depends on what the parcel weighs, and the exact figure appears in the basket before you pay. There are three zones: Spain, the European Union, and the rest of the world. Today: Spain from €5.95; European Union from €11.95; Rest of the world from €18.39. 200 g of packaging is added to the weight of the pieces.
Customs outside the EU
Parcels going outside the European Union can attract import duties and taxes in the destination country. Those are not included in what you pay here and are settled by you on arrival. We declare every parcel honestly, at its real value.
If it does not arrive
Write to [email protected] with your order number and we chase the carrier. If a parcel is lost, we remake the piece or refund you — you should not lose money because a van did.
Sending something back
Catalogue pieces can go back within 14 days, postage paid by the buyer. Pieces made to your specification cannot — see the terms of sale. If it arrived broken or wrong, none of this applies: we pay everything.
