Terms of sale
What you are buying, what it costs and what happens if it goes wrong.
Who you are buying from
Carlos Luis Medina Perdomo, tax number 60741839N, based in Madrid, Spain and trading as Denso Creative Studio; the full registered address is in the legal notice. These terms cover the catalogue pieces bought through this site. Commissions are agreed by email and are not covered here.
Everything is made after you order it
Nothing on this site sits on a shelf waiting. Each piece is printed in resin and painted by hand once the order comes in, which is why it takes 2 to 4 weeks. It also means small differences between one piece and the next are normal — that is what hand-painted means, not a defect.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is calculated from the weight of the parcel and shown before you pay, never after. Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by you on arrival.
How an order works
You add pieces to the basket, choose where it ships, and pay on Stripe. The order exists once the payment goes through, and you get an email confirming it. If we cannot make a piece, we say so and refund it in full.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from receiving a catalogue piece to return it without giving a reason. Tell us at [email protected], send it back in the condition it arrived, and we refund you within 14 days of getting it. The return postage is paid by the buyer.
This does not apply to anything made to your specification — another colour, another size, your logo, a name on the base. Spanish law takes those out of the withdrawal right, and reasonably so: nobody else wants a piece with your name on it. Commissions are agreed by email before any work starts.
If it arrives broken or wrong
That one is on us, custom or not. Send a photo to [email protected] within a few days of it arriving and we repair it, remake it or refund it — and we pay the postage both ways. Beyond that you have the 3-year legal guarantee that Spanish law gives on any product.
If we disagree
Write to [email protected] first: almost everything gets solved that way. If it does not, you can go to the consumer arbitration system or to the courts of your own place of residence, which as a consumer is your right.
